THE “ACCU TRADE SIGNALS PRO” SERVICE IS INTENDED ONLY FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ACTIVE DAY TRADING AND LEVERAGED PRODUCTS, SUCH AS OPTIONS AND FUTURES RELATED TO SPX AND SPY.

The Subscriber understands and agrees that trading these instruments involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. The Subscriber should carefully consider their financial situation, risk tolerance, experience level, and investment objectives before engaging in any trading activity.

You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose, including funds needed for living expenses, debt payments, or emergency savings. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, and/or legal advisor prior to trading. Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results.

2. Disclaimer of Accuracy, Suitability, and Performance Guarantee

2.1. No Guarantee of Profit or Performance

No representation or warranty is being made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profits or losses similar to those shown or implied by the Service or by any hypothetical or historical performance data. All signals are generated by algorithmic methods and are provided without regard to the Subscriber’s individual financial position, investment objectives, or trading experience.

2.2. Hypothetical or Simulated Performance

If the Provider displays or references any backtested, hypothetical, or simulated trading results, the Subscriber understands that such results have inherent limitations. Simulated or backtested results are prepared with the benefit of hindsight and do not involve financial risk. No simulated trading record can fully account for the impact of actual trading factors such as real-time market conditions, liquidity, slippage, spreads, commissions, order routing, and human error in execution. There is no guarantee that any hypothetical results will be achieved in actual trading.

2.3. No Warranties as to Accuracy or Completeness

The Provider expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any signals, data, or information provided, as well as the results that may be obtained from their use. Market data and signals may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to error, and the Provider has no obligation to update or correct any information.

3. Acknowledgment of Market Variables and Execution Risks

The Subscriber acknowledges that market conditions and factors beyond the Provider’s control can materially affect trading outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • High volatility and rapid price movements

  • Wide or changing bid-ask spreads

  • Limited liquidity or sudden liquidity gaps

  • Trading halts, market closures, or circuit breakers

  • News events or economic releases

These conditions can result in slippage, meaning that orders may execute at a different, potentially less favorable price than the price anticipated when the signal was generated or when the Subscriber decided to place the trade. Slippage is a common occurrence in fast-moving, high-volume day trading markets such as SPX and SPY.
The Subscriber also understands that there are additional operational and technical risks, including but not limited to:

  • Internet connectivity issues or platform outages

  • Broker system failures or delays

  • Order routing delays or rejections

  • Errors in order entry or trade management

By using the Service, the Subscriber acknowledges these market, execution, and technical risks and accepts full responsibility for any trading outcomes associated with their decisions.

4. Subscriber Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

All trading decisions are made solely by the Subscriber. The Service provides only general, algorithmically generated signals for informational and educational purposes. The Provider does not and cannot:

  • Assess the suitability of any trade for the Subscriber,

  • Manage or monitor the Subscriber’s account, or

  • Control how, when, or whether the Subscriber uses any signal.

By using the Service, the Subscriber:

  • Assumes full responsibility for all trades, positions, and risk exposures in their account(s);

  • Accepts all risks associated with the use of the Service, including the risk of losing some or all of the capital they commit to trading; and

  • Agrees that the Provider shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from the Subscriber’s use or non-use of the Service.

5. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

The Service and all related communications are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute:

  • Investment advice or recommendations,

  • An offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or

  • Legal, tax, or accounting advice.

The Provider and its representatives are not acting as the Subscriber’s investment advisor, fiduciary, broker, or tax advisor. Any decisions to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise trade securities or financial instruments are made solely by the Subscriber. The Subscriber should consult with appropriately licensed or qualified professionals regarding their specific financial, legal, and tax situation.
